Mindfulness-based coaching for kids & teens
Life can be challenging and very stressful, in particularly if there are issues of low self-esteem, lack of self-regulation and resilience, difficulty to focus and engage in learning, pessimism and anxiety and problems in relationships, bullying, and so forth.
Through the mindfulness based coaching on one-to-one and group basis, I’m supporting parents, kids and teens in defining their goals, identifying obstacles, recognising their strengths and resources and dissolving blockades, anxiety and false beliefs.
I’m teaching them how to train focussed attention, providing them with methods and tools for engaged learning and motivation, assisting them in developing a more optimistic view, increasing self-esteem and resilience. I’m helping them in enhancing their emotion regulation and respectful communication capabilities.
